1. Visitor reception is one of the basic functions of LiveReception. The operation is very easy, you will understand completely after reading the instruction below.

• Instruction

1. Log on LiveReception(LR), as (Figure 1)

   

2. When a new visitor asks for communication, please follow the steps as (Figure 2)

   

3. You can chat with the visitor after accepting the request from the visitor. (Figure 3)
